Porcelain Veneers & Invisalign Smile Makeover

Jill is a patient of Portland Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Sue Wendling. She went to Dr. Wendling for a smile makeover. She explained her goals and discussed the options and procedures available at her initial consultation.

Jill had many options for whiter, straighter teeth including teeth whitening, but decided on porcelain veneers and Invisalign.

Porcelain veneers are made of dental grade porcelain and are bonded to the front of the teeth helping correct gaps, chips, and discoloration. Porcelain veneers help the teeth become stronger because of the layer of thin porcelain.

Invisalign was used on Jill's lower teeth to straighten them without the use of traditional metal braces. Jill was able to straighten her teeth by using clear trays shaped to her teeth. These trays were changed out every couple of weeks for a new tray. Invisalign gently moved her teeth into the desired position.
